Nevada Public Radio Distribution policies

  • Unless otherwise stated, all packages purchased from Nevada Public Radio will be available for pick up no sooner than February 28th.
  • Winning bidder must bring a photo ID for pick-up. Winning bidder may assign another person for pickup with prior permission of NvPR.
  • Upon request, items will be mailed. All mailed items require a signature at delivery. A shipping and handling charge of $7.00 will be added for envelopes and actual shipping PLUS $7 handling for larger packages will be automatically added to the winning bidder's credit card. (Upon request, item may be mailed regular mail but NvPR assumes no liability should the item be lost in the mail or stolen.)
  • Items will be available for pickup at the Nevada Public Radio Studios between Monday, February 28th and Friday, March 4th between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Excluding weekends.) Items not picked up by March 4th will be mailed and associated fees will be applied to winning bidder's charge card.
  • The Nevada Public Radio studios are located at 1289 S. Torrey Pines Drive in Las Vegas. (Map to Station)








KNAU Distribution policies

 

·         Unless otherwise stated, all packages purchased from KNAU Arizona Public Radio will be mailed to the successful bidder beginning on March 7, 2010.   All mailed items require a signature for delivery.

·         A shipping and handling charge of $7.00 for envelopes and actual shipping cost PLUS a $9.00 handling charge for larger packages will be automatically added to the winning bidder's credit card.  KNAU assumes no liability should the item be lost, stolen or damaged in the mail.

KPLU Distribution policies

  • KPLU representatives will email or call each winning bidder to confirm their purchase between February 22nd and March 1st. If KPLU is unable to reach the bidder for confirmation by March 5th, KPLU will award the item to the next highest bidder.
  • Unless otherwise stated, all certificates purchased from KPLU will be mailed to the winning bidder on or shortly after March 1st.
  • It will be the winning bidder's responsibility to redeem the certificate with the donor according to the terms stated. KPLU accepts no responsibility for non-redemption of certificates.
  • There will be no charge for mailing certificates unless the winning bidder wants the certificate sent by insured mail or overnight delivery service. Then a $10 charge will be added to the winning bid.

KZYX&Z Distribution policies

  • All winning bids and payments will be handled by Bidding for Good and/or Nevada Public Radio as an online transaction and not through KZYX&Z.
  • Unless otherwise stated, requested, and agreed to by KZYX&Z, all packages purchased as part of the Western States Public Radio Online Auction (WSPROA) from KZYX&Z will be available for pick up no sooner than March 7th.
  • Winning bidder must bring a photo ID for pick-up. Winning bidder may assign another person for pickup with prior permission of KZYX&Z, and again, photo ID is required.
  • Upon request, items will be mailed. All mailed items require a signature at delivery. A shipping and handling charge of $7.00 will be added for envelopes and actual shipping PLUS $7 handling for larger packages will be automatically added to the winning bidder's credit card. (Upon request, item may be mailed regular mail but KZYX&Z assumes no liability should the item be lost in the mail or stolen.)
  • Items will be available for pickup at the KZYX&Z Studios in Philo between Monday, March 7th and Thursday, March 10th and Monday, March 14th and Thursday, March 17th between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (No weekend pickups.) Items not picked up by March 17th will be mailed and associated fees will be applied to winning bidder's charge card.
